Filter Bags

Our nylon mesh liquid filter bags provide reliable, reusable filtration for water, oils, beverages, food processing and a wide range of industrial liquids. Manufactured from durable nylon monofilament mesh, they provide controlled particle retention while maintaining excellent liquid flow and strong resistance to abrasion.

Available in a wide selection of micron ratings and standard or custom dimensions, nylon mesh filter bags can be manufactured to suit existing filter housings and specific filtration requirements. Construction options include stitched or hot-melt welded seams, with plastic rings, stainless-steel rings, drawstring tops and multiple bottom configurations available.

The reusable mesh construction allows bags to be cleaned and reused where the application permits, helping reduce filtration consumable costs. Nylon offers excellent abrasion and alkaline resistance, making it particularly suitable for demanding liquid filtration and separation processes.

Typical applications include: water filtration, oils and industrial fluids, food and beverage processing, juice and milk filtration, brewing, coffee filtration and general liquid separation.
