Our Premium Line cutting crowns are manufactured exclusively in Germany and are perfectly suitable for crushers, shredders, pre-shredders, and post-shredders from Zerma (Amis).
The product is made of tool steel in the X-variant, which is the standard variation for most operational scenarios. The hardness of this cutter is in the medium range, combining both toughness and wear insensitivity in a balanced ratio.
Components of this option are hardened throughout, meaning hardness remains consistent from the edge to the core. Due to this, the wear is homogeneous in relation to its life cycle.
To avoid breakage and machine damage, it is important not to armour or weld on this type, as it will severely weaken the structure.
This spare part has a drilling for attaching to M12 threads. When installing, ensure the support of the cutters is in an undamaged condition to prevent breakage.
