Product Description
Our Premium Line counter knives are manufactured exclusively in Germany and are perfectly suitable for crushers, shredders, pre-shredders, and post-shredders from Zerma (Amis).
The W-version is manufactured from alloy tool steel. Compared to the X-variation, it has a shorter service life due to 5% lower hardness, but is less fragile in parallel. Knives of the W-variant are optimal for applications where the contact surface is no longer intact or where there are impurities in the input material.
In this variant, the components are hardened from the edge layer to the core, meaning the counter knife wears steadily over its lifespan.
Note: It is imperative to avoid welding on or hardfacing of spare parts of this version, as the structure will otherwise be fundamentally weakened — breakage and machine damage may occur.
The knife suits cutting crowns with a length and width of 34mm and 60mm. Due to the wide range of shredding models, further configuration variants may be available. When installing, ensure the support of the knives is in ideal condition to prevent breakage.
